Orderly Week
Privacy policy
Effective date: October 4, 2026. This policy covers orderlyweek.com and the emails sent by Orderly Week. It says what we collect, why, who handles it, and how to remove it. It is written in plain words on purpose.
What we collect. If you sign up for the free page, we collect your email address. We also keep a sign-up record: when you signed up, that you clicked the confirm link, the IP address your device used on the sign-up page, and the page you signed up on. That record is our proof that you asked for the emails. Kit stores it with your email.
We also keep a short code called a pin key. It comes from the Pinterest link that brought you here (utm_content). It tells us which pin led to a sign-up. It does not name you.
If you buy the Home System, Payhip takes your payment. Payhip collects your name, email and payment details. We never see your card or PayPal details. Payhip sends us your email and what you bought, so we can help you if the file fails.
Analytics. We may use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. Google may set a cookie in your browser for this. We turn on IP masking. For visitors outside the United States, we only run analytics without cookies or after you agree. Google explains its use of this data here: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Why we collect it. To send you the free page and the emails you signed up for, including later emails about things we sell or earn a commission on. To know which pins work. To deliver what you buy and fix delivery problems.
Who handles the data. Kit stores the email list and sends the emails. Google runs the analytics and sees your IP address when the analytics load. The fonts come from this site, so loading them sends nothing to Google. Payhip runs the checkout. Cloudflare hosts the site and the domain and may log your IP address for security. Each of these has its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with anyone else.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent it. We do not trade it. No third party uses our site to track you across other sites.
How long we keep it. Your email and sign-up record stay in Kit while you are on the list. If you leave, Kit keeps them marked "unsubscribed". That stops all emails to you and is our record that you asked to stop. If you want them deleted, email us and we will delete them within 30 days. Analytics data is kept for the shortest time Google lets us pick. Payhip keeps purchase records for as long as its own rules say.
How to leave or delete. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Use it and you are off the list at once. To have your email and sign-up record deleted, email us at the address in the footer of every page. We act within 30 days.
How to see or change your data. Email the same address. We will tell you what we hold about you and fix or remove it on request.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. Our site does not change what it does in response to that signal. Only our own analytics setting controls that.
Children. This site is for adults. It is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us an email, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes. If this policy changes, we update the date at the top and post the new version here. If the change affects how we use your email, we also say so in an email.
Contact. Email us at the address in the footer of every page. Our postal address is in the footer of every email.
